I'm not falling for the dumbass credit card trap alot of my friends and even my own mother has fell for.

They will all be paying theirs off for years to come, That is quite depressing in my eyes.. so..

Is signing up for a credit card worth it just for The Spiral fan club? helll nooo, cause i'll only be impatient and buy things with it, So in that respect, i would be stupid, actually.

good call. I mean if you know you dont have the dicipline for something. But you could just get a credit card with a really low balance. I am not sure how low they go but I know you can get one for like 500. But if you could get one that was only like 100...... I mean you cant go into debt there right? and then you would not be so restriced. Just a though.

I dunno, I'm not that desperate to get on The Spiral, I'm only thinking of the Meets Trent might possibly do in future..

I like ahving a credit card for the soul purpose to oder shit online. But you can do that with a debit card too. Ever though of that? you cant spend more than what you have in the bank but it still works like a credit card. Mine has a visa on it and everything

I have a thing called a Maestro card, I can pretty much use it for anything apart from NIN's fucked up Credit Card/MasterCard only policy lol

Yeah,I am paying on credit cards and it sucks! Stay away from them. I have my check card which is a mastercard, but I will never again try to get a credit card. If I don't have the money for it then,I don't need it.

I just payed off almost all of my bills. I have one more HUGE one to pay but I pulled off a nice trick. I didnt pay a dam cent and they sent it to a collection agency. So when they do that they take off all the aditional fees and just ask for the origional amount. Plus as an extra way to get you to go ahead and pay up they wont send it to be put on your credit report if you make consistant payments. So now that I am being deployed and wont need any money I will just make a couple large payments and be done. It will be nice to be 100% debt free. ANd still have something to show for it. My furniture is bad ass.

But yeah I got rid of my credit card. I used 2 to buy my lap top. And its nto that I dont have the money to pay all of these bills but I am just really lazy at doing it. So its best for me not to have them. I payed them off and closed the account.

I had that happen to me. They gave me a settlement. I have 3 big payments,but after that I wont have much left to pay. I hate debt,but I have no one to blame but me.
