What you should do is drink a gallon of water a day (thats what I do),cut out all sugary drinks...and eat a ton of chicken/tuna/salad's. I also eat protein bars and drink protein shakes as meal replacements before doing yoga. I get this whey protein from this place online called protein factory...it's really good. They have alot of different flavors.

Walking is good to. Get you an ipod and just listen to music and walk.


I cant do any of that now because of surgery,but I really miss it. Im gonna start back in a week or so.

yeah its going to be hard layin off the soda and chips..

yesterday i went clothes shopin and the sizes that fit me are 40 and there was more short in size 36 38 that i like but it wasnt in a 40..
