picked up the chariot today....i wasnt that impressed

It's Norma Jean where all the songs are short and sounds like "The entire world is counting on me". I like it, though. But, it's nothing spectacular.

They are not as great as BTBAM or NJ. :wink:

Yeah, The Chariot is pretty cool still. I was disapointed first time i heard it aswell.

And about BTBAM, we can't all have a great taste in music. :wink:

The show last night was pretty much hit and miss..

Didn't see the opening band, but the second band were called November Coming Fire, pretty heavy stuff I liked it a lot http://www.myspace.com/novembercomingfire, check em out.

Cult of Luna started late, and had sound problems which I was totally gutted about, but they started up again and the sound was all over the place, someone I know told me that their sound tech wasn't the one they have been using, so I guess that was the problem.

Bleeding Through started, and really got the crowd going, there was a medium sized pit, and they were pretty intense, they played a couple of new tracks, one of them sounded sweet as fuck, it had an old Eighteen Visions sound to it. They said there new album is coming out in September, and if the rest of it sounds anything like the song they played, then it looks promising.

I don't know what the fuck this new trend is with people wearing bandannas round their necks to shows, they just look like complete twats.

All in all, a decent show.
