Congratulations on a point well wasted.

Gonna try and find The Secret's Luce.

The Secret has my approval.

BigDave

Ive seen Beecher live, they were amazing.  Guitars all over the place, plus the venue was tiny.  I was right at the front where the stage was just below my knee.

Muempire

I dont know if you guys have mentioned these bands, but there worth checking out

Raised Fist
Hot Cross

Both of those are some pretty nice hardcore bands i recommend getting Raised Fist- Another Day, very different style of singing for hardcore as well

When I saw Beecher in Manc for the first time, they didnt even have a stage, they were playig pretty much in the crowd. It was mental. One of the best gigs I saw at the Redhouse Rooms

just got back from what Solid State dubbed as the "YoungBloods" tour, featuring The Chariot, He Is Legend, Showbread, Far-less and some other band.

pretty good show. The Chariot are quite impressive live and gave a much better performance then what is portrayed in their debut album. He Is Legend was good too and Far-less was pretty decent. the other 2 bands sucked.

I have fallen in love once again with the amazing band: On Broken Wings.

God, how i love their style. Awesome shit, i get goosebumps when i listen to their songs: "As You Speak" and "Like Starscream".

I got both their cd's:
Some Of Us May Never See The World
Number One Beautiful EP

And i saw this on their site:
"We're recording and releasing a new full length in late winter/early spring"

Can't fucking wait!

I'm guessing everyone has heard the new norma jean song on This Is Solid State Volume 5?  It's pretty good, it's called In Reference To A Sinking Ship.

Yeah it closed for 'refurbishment', and never reopened. Ludgate Hill will never be the same. Some of, if not the best gigs I ever saw were there. The Star & Garter & Timesis Bar are really the only 'Punk' venues left. Man I loved that big bat thing they used to have at the Redhouse. It was so tacky, I got a load of illuminous paint on my back from the corridoor right outside the main room there. Couldnt wash it out of my jumper, so every time I went Jillys on Thursdays I had this big illuminous stain on the back of my jumper.

onlythclouds

I think it's Poison The Well, Converge, or Norma Jean.

I picked up He Is Legend - I Am Hollywood yesterday, but I haven't had the chance to listen to it yet.
