what's the difference between hardcore and post-hardcore

post hardcore is what they call shitty bands with that emo/indie/pop sound that have some screaming
for example  : the new shitty underoath, shitty static lullaby, alexisonfire..all that crap..i dont even know why they call it post HARDCORE..thats just fuckin sad

Everyone in here should know this band, but I know there are some dumbasses () who don't know 'em. This Day Forward.
If you don't know them, CHECK OUT THEIR 2nd Full-Length. It's called The Transient Effects Of Light On Water. Awesome cd. The vocals do remind me a bit of Converge and Forever I Burn.
Too bad they splitted up in 2003.

but after i  heard  'In Response' i thought to myself  " DAMN.another great has gone downhill.its the end of TDF"   and i was so right..they broke up cause they realized they sounded like crap now and nobody wants another Finch or Thursday
but yeah..damn i loved this day forward
