awwww, you're so lavish. i try to do 150 crunches everyday and by try, i mean i think about doing 150 crunches everyday. i did it for one week but then i just kept forgetting. the lower part of my stomach is oh kay because i have a retired runner/hockey player body and there's still some areas that are pretty defined like phwoooarr hawt lady there but i got the pudgy pudgy middle that i oh so despise with all my heathen powers. sometimes it doesn't look as bad but there's days when i'm bloated and i just look like i've swallowed a balloon.
