No. The benefits are quite unbelievable. Eating raw and organic food does so much good for your body and your digestive system.

I eat an unbelievable amount of food for breakfast so this will be quite interesting considering you have to wait 4hrs after you wake up before you can eat anything.

My liver's gonna explode by the end of this week. On wednesday I saw The Machete live (a finnish thrashmetal/hardcore band...awesome show) and drank a vodka and about ten beers. Next morning I barely got out of the bed because my neck and back were fucked up. Yesterday we put up a party, drank more than it's possible and tomorrow we're supposed to go for a trip and drink from 6 am to sunday evening. I think I'll take a long break from drinking after that...would be good for my health and economy.

the funeral i went to today made me feel really bad. there is something different to a funeral for a teeneger than for an older person. i think the hardest part of it was seeing the family. especially his sister who i also know as she had to be carried out of the church and hearing his mother screaming.

Aye, germans got all kind of wurst and other sausages and stuff. We finns eat quite a lot of meat too, I'd guess. Especially during summers it's common to have sausage or beef with beer.
