They arrested my next door neighbour for neglect years and years ago. His dogs were in terrible condition. One of them starved to death, he was a new born too. I remember when the animal rescue team came and took them out on stretchers, they were so skeletal. I knew from then that some humans were evil minded when it came to animals and their treatment.

The punishment isn't as severe as abusing and neglecting a human, because they are just animals, they get off with ease. They should be locked in a prison those bastards.
