The worst thing is his mother can't even touch him before they execute him. They are not even allowing his mother to hug or kiss her son. I couldn't study all day yesterday after hearing about it on Hack. December 2, then when my last exam is.

Everybody please please please, if you have a heart, go to the Amnesty International website (http://www.amnesty.org.au/) and follow the link to where you can write a letter to Singapore's president by downloading the letter of appeal to express your thoughts not only on Mr Nguyen but capital punishment itself.

Do whatever you can. Pass it along to others too.

I was looking for cigarette's today in my drawer and I came upon an essay I wrote in year 10 about Edvard Munch.



I was walking along a path with two friends – the sun was setting – suddenly the sky turned blood red – I paused, feeling exhausted, and leaned on the fence – there was blood and tongues of fire above the blue-black fjord and the city – my friends walked on, and I stood there trembling with anxiety – and I sensed an infinite scream passing through nature.

It's so pathetic, my essay that is, I was so inexperienced back then. All I knew was Edvard Munch and a bunch of other female artists. He was the first male artist I wrote about. Weird cause he was considered to be a misogynist, either way, I am fascinated by his life. It was plagued with so much loss and sadness.
