The main problem here is a shortage of workers.  There aren't enough nurses or techs.  Too many freeloaders and lazy americans that want things for free so now there is no money to hire people.  I really can't stand the people here.  They lose their job, yeah it happens.  But instead of looking for another one they sit on their already obese ass and collect from the government.  There ARE jobs out there.
