i'm so screwed. i haven't started writing my research paper, which my lecturer expects to be handed in this thursday. i always do this. why do i always do this?

i blame the australian elections. this hung parliament right now has not allowed me to concentrate on my studies. this is semi-true.

7,000 words in one day...hmmm. it's technically not due for another four weeks but my lecturer want's the whole thing tomorrow. i can ask for an extension. i'm probably going to give him a half finished copy and then email him the rest. he's really chill about things. i just don't want him to think i'm taking advantage of him because i am but i don't want him to feel like it hahaha. i spoke to him about my writers block and he was helping me think of ways to get out of it. he thought my introduction to the paper, which i have written, was 'terrific' and 'exceptional'. i just feel like the rest of the paper is not going to measure up. of course the rest of the paper has to exist first.

sleep deprivation makes me crazy. and I still have to pack and get ready for tomorrow's early morning flight to Istanbul.

i have a customer at work who always makes inappropriate comments towards me. mostly sexual. it makes me really fucking uncomfortable. i had to serve him again today and everytime he looks at me i just want to run screaming to the shower so i can wash off the dirt that i can see going on in his head off of me. everytime he comes in i know what he will say and i always tell myself to tell him to fuck right off but i never do. maybe if he was my age and not so old i would be a lot more comfortable telling him to stop saying shit to me because it's inappropriate and it makes me feel uncomfortable.

today when i was serving him he said something about me being beautiful (100th time he has said that to me) and that he wants to kiss me all over and as he turned to go he said, "don't forget what i said - i mean it," he was talking about the kissing me all over part. FUCKING GROSS!

i'm shit at telling age but i'm definite he's in his 60's because he asked my workmate where i was on the day that i usually work and if i had a boyfriend and if he (workmate that is) was my boyfriend. he creeped my friend out as well. my friend estimated that he was in his 60's and he's always right about guessing people's age.

i'm just remembering all the shit he's said to me and it's really distressing. once i was dumping out of date cask wines and he said that he wished men could trade their wives in once their use by dates came and that he would trade his wife in for me. i told him that what he said was offensive to me and most of all to his wife. then i seethed inside.
