you know when you have to make those decisions that can hurt other people so you end up not making the ones you feel are right for you for the sake of that someone. at what point do you stop and make the decision anyway because doing otherwise is just going to put a dent in your life in the long run and just make you miserable. it's like you center your entire life around not hurting that person you care about and love the most but you get to a wall that has a sign that says 'enough - your life starts here' and you know inside you that you cannot live for other people because you have to live for yourself.

it's so difficult. i don't know what to do neither. i've been putting off making 'adult' decisions for the sake of my mum.

i sound like a shit. some people have parents that don't give a shit about them and here i am complaining about my super-attached mother. she's never going to change though so i think it's up to me to make changes and have her get used to them.
