i was talking to neal the other day, and he told me kobe is a region in japan that raises wagyu cattle and that they're fed beer and sake, and massaged daily. he told me there is now american wagyu cattle being bred here, and that the japanese layed down on the tarmack when they where taking the cows!!!

also, authentic kobe is around 20 dollars an oz

so.. a nice 10oz kobe steak, roasted asparagus, and a tall glass of guiness stout.
