I just heard 'Psychosocial" for the first time last night.

at first i was, a bit , shocked kind of, that it was so slow, and almost like Korn...in fact a LOT like Korn, but, it sortof works for Slipknot.

i like it though, has a cool vocal hook in it.

"All hope is gone" is fucking death to the core though, so, i think i might like the new album.

I fucking love their two first albums (their self-titled is one of the best nu-metal albums ever) and I really like parts of Iowa. but Vol. 3 was some of the lamest shit I've heard. so are they continuing in that direction or are they at least trying to keep to Iowa-quality? I'll check out the song when I get home from work.

slipknot is awesome, vol 3 was really a knife in my chest, it was bad.

and i don't like some of the vocal lines, like the chorus of "spit it out" and "my plague"... kind of fucked the entire song up... i mean, seriously, what were they thinking?! and eight people in the band couldn't point it out to corey?!
