speaking of badass, I saw Gran Torino. fucking brilliant, can't believe it didn't get nominated for ANYTHING.

Oh yeah, I loved it... He was a little too racist, kind of made me mad, but great movie, great story of redemption.

the racism was relevant to the story though. good movie btw.

my uncle is friends with Neil Gaiman. funny thing is that he hates his works, but he did did hook me up with a signed copy of the Stardust book the last time he saw him in chicago.

supposedly his new children's book is pretty badass as well.

watch [Rec] instead. Quarantine is the remake and it sucks (imo) compared to the original.

finally watched Quarantine and Max Payne tonight at my buddy's. both weren't bad, but not good. at least Quarantine got kinda creepy in the last 20 minutes or so.
