Walk the Line is awesome.

ChickdelaLynch

I watched Bad News Bears this weekend. I missed the first 20 minutes, but I still managed to like it. Billy Bob Thorton was likable in this, as well as the kids...shockingly.

Fireal1222

I'm Not Here.
This Isn't Happening.

The Last Boy Scout was on TV tonight. Great movie, classic Willis :D

Jan

I like The Last Boy Scout. Heven't seen it in ages.

Watched King Arthur (director's cut) and enjoyed it. Nice battle scenes and overally a good movie though Clive Owen was somewhat dull.

And few days ago I watched Minority Report again which is also a good movie. The story's quite original and flows well.

War of the Worlds (2005) wasn't that great. I enjoyed Speilberg's direction but there was no plot. Pointless.

It was good, but Speilberg kind of hits you over the head with the political message thing.  It's something that bothers me with these kind of movies. They make sure you understand something.

Eric Bana was great in it and it was quite an intense movie but it was too slow when not showing the assasinations. Had it been cut down some it would have been superb.

I recommend seeing it.

Yeah, I was kind of worried about the whole message thing. But nonetheless, I will still try and go out to see it.

It just bugs me how even before it was done filming and no one had seen any of the movie, they were like, "It's and Oscar winner". Do you think it's worthy of an oscar?
..Yeah don't go there,

I think it's worthy for director, actor and picture nod but defintely not win. At least not this year. I have a feeling Brokeback Mountain will take all three of those categories.

I plan on seeing Oldboy tonight. Can't wait.

Jerry_Curls

Did you see Brokeback Mountain? It looks pretty boring to me.

Oldboy is good, have you seen it yet? If not, write what you thought of it. I liked it at first, but now that I think of it, there are some parts that lacked. I'm still deciding on whether or not I love it. I guess I have to watch it again.

Gonna watch The Ringer in a bit.

It's out and it's good!

defskull

Corpse Bribe? Interesting.

I haven't seen Brokeback Mountain, I wanted to at first, but it's getting so much praise now that it probably wont meet my expecations, therefore not being as great as it could have been had there been no hype.

CentralIllNoise
