i just watched the 1933 King Kong. HAH

Going to see the new one tomorrow. I'm definitely looking forward to that.

I want to see the new one...again! It was such a good movie.

Reading reviews of the movie it seems as if they were nitpicking.

You could have told me it was a 2 hour movie and I would have agreed with you. Three hours goes by so fast despite people complaining that it takes awhile to get to Skull Island.

And Jack Black is great in his role, maybe not perfect, but a lot better than the criticism he has been getting.

i bet it does kick ass..if more than one theater was open around here id go see it..but it does look a little too CGI  infested for my taste ..but im hearing great reviews about it.

A lot of the reviews i've read for King Kong were just nitpicking which shows there isn't much bad with the movie if you have to nitpick to find the bad stuff. I really enjoyed the movie and the build up skull to island made it that much better once they were there. The only complaint I have doesn't even have anything to do with the movie, it's the dumb people that go to the movies to talk and refuse to turn off their cell phones.

Just got back from seeing it. Great movie overall. I do wish that Naomi Watts would of kept her mouth closed a little more..and cut the fake ass "Im going to attempt to look scared, sad, or overwrought.. I thought her acting sucked really. Jack Black was rather annoying as well.. maybe its just me. I totally agree with the above comments about the cell phones..nice to know it isnt just my movie experience that gets ruined :roll:

fucking cell phones and ignorant people.....thats why i wait till all interest and build up  in the film is lost to go see it..........unless i go on a date .

im watching that  movie currently in my film  class, its ok so far, it progress's slow, and i fell asleep today at film, so i didnt see todays part.
Actually its better than ok now that i remember, i like when out of the blue , the story jsut twists, and its about this whole other thing, i thought it was just some ordinary boxing film, nice touch.

Kin Kong was of the hook. Greatest movie i've seen in quite a while. Peter Jackson really made the story more interesting.

But i don't like the love story between the Kong and Ann. That's just silly, Really.....

It is just silly... I mean what could they of done.. had children, raised a corn fed family in a yard with a white picket fence..honestly?
