ive only had 3 evenings this year so far...out of 12, that i havent at least had 1 or 2 beers or a couple glasses of wine. havent been getting drunk at all, but pretty much every evening ive had a beer or 2...so as the start of the new week...i have to declare no booze until febuary.

my heartburn is totally viscious lately. have to kurb the alcohol i think..
