i just ate some pasta, cereal and a packet of crisps, im feeling a lot better, a soak in the bath and a decent nights sleep and i'll be all good for tomorrow.

drink alot of water man, or fizzy juice fi you can stomach it, and foods, then do gentle exercise and get get some fresh air, that always helps me. once i thought i was gonna spew everywhere but mym mum and dad made me lift big fuck off rocks all day and i felt better by the end of it.
