I've tried the water thing but it has no effect for me. What I've heard, you should drink the same amount of water you've drank beer...but I'm not gonna drink 20 liters of water now. I'll just suffer the consequences...

on tuesday morning my mom is leaving to tunisia for one week, so I think I will take advantage of that for one last time and smoke out with friends in that week until I quit smoking for good. I feel the time is right.
