And on another note I found the perfect dose.  you take 3/4 normally and the other 1/4 you chew so if you are taking 600mg's you take 30 gelcaps normally and chew(don't sit there actually chewing on them just break the damn gelcap then swallow) on the last 10. This only applies to DxM taking in robo gelcap form and is my PERSONAL opinion.  BTW I have taken DxM enough times to tell you there is a diffence in trips when it comes to the gelcaps.
