with champagne and sparkiling wine you can cellar it for up to 10 - 15 years but see thats where people get confused. that shit doesnt get better with time . it just loses the carbon dioxide ( which is the main reason it looks and tastes the way it does). so if you want the best taste out of it drink it close to a year after you bought it..

Yeah, it's weird...the nights that are supposed to be cheap become the most expensive. Like "hey beer's only 1€...I'll take anything else than beer".
