dood  i grew up with cody bonnette and colin kimble! cody sings and guitar and colin is the bassist. i remember when they were "alliance 103" and they would play at the "go-big" (local skate shop- now defunct) competitions.

well and te latest from what cody has said is that the next record will be the last. colin is already married and cody just got engaged, and the other guys in the band as well are all settling down. but cody has been p in tennessee working on the new album mostly by himself. its should be great. their sound matured alot from son i loved you... to come now sleep. ive heard a couple of new songs they played in  baton rouge over last summer but i cant wait for the new shit.

here; somebody listen to this and tell me its not amazing!

it's this band i randomly downloaded on sordo,

"And a few to break" - procession
they remind me of "at the drive in" with a way more post/progressive sound, lots of instrumental and ethereal and heavy guitars.
i fell in love instantly. its a really unique album and i highly recommend it to anyone in with the post punk/hardcore!

yeah i know. i wish they were approached differently. but in some of the songs the singing's harmonies are pretty good. i figured people who like at the drive in and more of the shouting and wild punkish vocals would enjoy this more.

the thing is, the music is absolutely brilliant in my opinion, and definitely worth a listen and critique.

you did  listen to the whole album though right??

the first video on the page is pretty damn sweet and the first song is a chop-up mix of the entire album for those who dont feel like listening all the way through :)
