I hope you're not laughing because you don't like one of the best albums ever.

i think it's the most overrated album in indie history.

it's a good album, but not as amazing as people say...

i found some catchy moments there, but it's like guys were too fast to release something. I think they should have worked more on this album

have anybody heard new Yeasayer's album? It's great

bebo

So... this is probaly the wrong thread, but who cares.

Anyone wanna reccomend some good indie/'pop'ish bands?

Like the fiery furnaces. or blonde redhead, or something.

ruinfix

I like these bands in the post-rock/indie/experimental genres: A Whisper In The Noise and The Appleseed Cast. And the fun Aussie indie/pop band The Grates.

QuoteSlow Runner follows up their debut album, No Disassemble, with their newest lp, SHIV!. On this album, the band takes their sound to a new level with Michael Flynn's deepest songwriting yet and enough musical tricks and turns to make Brian Wilson blush. It's loud and ornery, but sophisticated and elegant too. Like a brilliant 14-year-old debutante with a drinking problem.
