logh's new album north is super good.

have you ever seen them live? worst live band ever! anyway, I'm not to thrilled to check out the new cd, since their previous albums have been quite boring.

btw, why am I getting beastie boys on their myspace?

Glenn

also, I'm confused by the new Portugal. The Man EP. Why is Opal Magic the entire album, and the tracks the follows Opal Magic cut into pieces. Are they just being artsy fartsy or what?

Jerry_Curls

Most likely. I wish they would sound like they did on their demos.

Anyone like Snowden?
..Yeah don't go there,

I let you get to me

yeah yeah.

i saw young widows/russian circles/these arms are snakes/pelican lastnight.  I was mostly there for TAAS and Pelican.

As usual, TAAS was amazing:

Idaho
Abracadabra
Subtle Body
The Shit Sisters
Mescaline Eyes
Horse Girl
Angela's Secret
Lady North
Crazy Woman Dirty Train

theis

nice, i'd love to experience taas live. it'll probably never happen.

nice, Ben.

I'm really beginning to enjoy TAAS. Some good stuff in there.

I found it funny that the bassist still has all of his old bass cases with the botch logo on it.

yea, they were great.

If you guys haven't checked out Young Widows you should, it's Breather Resist minus the vocalist.  They've changed their sound to more of a progressive feel.

Cheers, Theis. KK. :)

I gotta buy some TAAS albums when I get paid. Hehe, I just found a copy of their: "Like a Virgin" Split with Harkonen in my cd rack. What a pleasant surprice. I wonder who gave it to me...

Glassjaw - Worship & Tribute, aweeesome album. Havn't listened to this album in like 2-3 years.
