This live recording is a classic that has been bouncing around online for like 25 years.  I used to add it to my own cassette and CDR mixtapes with other live and rare Deftones songs back in the day. 

But I don't think I have ever heard the whole show bootleg that it came from.

Does anyone know the date it was recorded?  Is there a full bootleg of the show?

The only MP3s I can find online now are in 128kbps quality and have an annoying pop noise at the beginning.

I just got inspired, and used the audio program Audacity to get rid of the pop noise.  I also did a simple adjustment in Audacity to get the volume a little louder.

Effects > Amplify > and pushed it up as loud as it will go without "clipping"

That makes the volume level fit in a little better, if you want to throw it in Itunes and play it between their other songs.
