I saw deftones 4 times during that era and they played DE songs like a muthafucka. That's the only reason, I do like most songs on that album im jus burnt out on it

There is going to be a festival announcement next week which is Kroq's epicenter festival and i have a feeling that the Deftones are going to be there. The festival is a day before the aftershock festival in Sacramento.

I'm just stoked to see them. Seeing them at a metal festival where they will only play 45 mins to an hour means a lot of singles or heavy songs but I'm okay with that. Just hoping to hear a new song and maybe some I haven't heard live before. Mein with Serj would be cool but I won't be too upset if it doesn't happen. Prince is the only DE song I really want to hear live because they didn't play it last time. Either way, I'm ultra stoked. I don't get y hopes up for crazy out of nowhere rare songs. Probably why I'm so content as a Deftones fan. Know what you're getting into.

New show announcement

Deftones@Irvine CA Epicenter fest with Stone Temple pilots,Bush and others on September 22nd.

Irvine is two and a half hours from me but i don't know if i want to go.
too expensive and this will be like blackdiamondskye.

Hope they play a warmup show before this festival in San Diego or LA since Irvine is in the middle of these two cities.

i'd love to see them on the epicenter fest but is too expensive and i want to see a 20 song set and not a 12 song set.

Quicksand will play at FYF Fest in LA the 1st or 2nd of September. Maybe Deftones will confirm some shows near that date.
