Deftones will be headlining a string of Texas shows on May 27th, 28th, and 30th. Additionally, they will be participating in KFMX's Big Purple Party festival on May 25. Tickets for all shows mentioned below will go on-sale Friday, March 7 at 10am local time.

Ukraine Show Cancelled

We are saddened to announce that due to the current state of affairs in the Ukraine, the promoters are unable to move forward with our upcoming show on June 27th. We will however, be playing Moscow and Saint Petersburg as planned. From the promoter:

"With a heavy heart we must say that all the shows we planned in Ukraine are now cancelled due to the current state of affairs in the country. it's a painful moment and a difficult time for all us. We sincerely cherish a hope that a possibility for the live concerts in Ukraine will be restored in the fastest terms. We are thankful for your support and understanding in such difficult times.

Any the purchased tickets are valid to be exchanged to an equivalent to concerts in June 2014 held by Melnitsa concert agency. The full list of shows is here: www.melnitsa.org

1. Refund will be carried only with prerecord by using the form on the website http://melnitsa.org/tback/ or by call +38 063 718 21 15 from 11:00 to 15:00 except holidays

Deftones, Drowning Pool and Wu-Tang Clan lead the bill for the 'Texas Showdown Tattoo & Music Festival'. The three day event will bring together over 300 tattoo artists and more along with the aforementioned musical performers during July 18th-20th. It will be held at the El Paso County Coliseum in El Paso, TX

That's some exciting news. Does anyone know whether that'd leave some space for a European (festival) tour, or would we rather get a winter club tour? I'm just curious for your guesses and hoping they'll announce some more dates soon. By the way, I think this would also confirm the upcoming album to be released quite soon, I suppose.
