Seeing the comments in that post should be enough to say hell no lol but also i have 3D touch on my phone which lets me preview webpages before i click on them and its not legit .. Upload date says "1/04/2016" and it doesnt say deftones or gore on it lol also 112mb lol

Looks sketchy. If it shows up on plixid.com or newalbumreleases.net then it's definitely legit. That's where I get most of my music. Keep your eyes on those two sites. That's where leaked albums pop up.
Also hasitleaked.Com which I'm sure most of you are aware of

If you have to do a survey, it's not legit.  If the date is anything before today, not legit.   
I always wonder how ppl fall for these scam "torrents".  Hasitleaked should really be the only place you need to check

Newalbumreleases isn't credible unless you don't give a shit about quality and bad transcodes.. a bunch of the shit they have is 320kbps transcoded from 128kbps webrips etc.
Has It Leaked isn't always so quick with it either.
