not nice. my mother suffers a migrane few times a month and she has to lay in bed for 3 days every time. that sucks.

aww really sorry bout that..seems like a really hard time..my mum has migraines too adnd still goes bout doing things.. i get them sometimes n just need to curl up in silence.. i really think its times like this when being a mom is fucking hard stuff sometimes.

It sucks. I've had them since I was a kid. My mom has injections at home she has to give herself when she feels them coming on. I "try" to tough it out,but I usually end up taking a lot of meds that upset my stomach.  And to make it worse,I had to take the kids to the ER because of their fevers. No matter what I gave them they wouldn't come down. And my son was gasping for air,it was freakin me out. Now they're on antibiotics with upper respiratory infections.

Have you considered asking for injections of pain meds?   They give me injections of Toradol and Visteril, and OMG girl... that helps so much.      Another recommendation is Stadol nose spray.....   it will make you loopy... BUT it WILL take away the migraine.    I feel for ya, I get them toooo fucking often.   Twice a month, sometimes more.   They are NO fun and the pain and sickness that goes with it sucks too!    Hope you get some relief.
