I have one of them, unfortunately I don't stick to it as well as I should, I know that I need to get to the gym but i'm knackered when I get home from work. I WILL definately go tonight though.

I'm suffering from a major lack of willpower at the mo, but I need to lose a few pounds before I go away. I'm gonna be serious about it, I do have good intentions but they just never work out the way I want them too. And I just can't face lettuce and cucumber for a few days.
