+ I got told I was sexy at work today by practically everyone.
+ I have three cigarette's. Much better than no cigarette's.
+ My phone has been switched off for 3 days and it is the best thing ever.
+ I wrote two pieces of whatever they are, they read well though. I know in a few days I'll just throw them away cause I will grow discontent with them.

- Can't think of another job requirement to put on the assessment form.
- I can't believe I even liked Claudio. He's so weird, as in unmysterious/ugly/stupid/loser weird.
- My best friend hasn't contacted me in a little over two months now.
- I am not going to call her. I always called her and she never called me. I know it's stupid but I really don't feel like putting out my neck for people who don't reciprocate my actions in any way.

+ I finally decided to break up with my girlfriend after thinking about it for a long time and it went very smooth and without too much pain.
- we became better friends than ever and I took it harder than I thought I would. now I'm starting to miss her and remember all the good things. and even though there was so many bad things at the end, I can't concentrate on remembering those in stead.
- now I'm just a lonely loser again.
