I recorded something for my friend for her film class (you know the one that wrote the script for the play I was in), I used Sophie Koh's cover of Creep for the background music. I'm going to post it next month hopefully or when ever she gives it back to me. You get to see my street and everything, it's heaps good. Well actually, it's really crap, it's only because I recorded it that it's substantially awesome to look at...for me.

how do you do that shit?

my girl has asked me to put the new family guys onto a cd or something that we can watch on her DVD player, problem is, i have no DVD-R drive on my copmputer, am i fuxored?

I think most dvd-players play cd's with mpg's or avi's in them. But I've had problems seeing burned dvd's on regular players...what program you use converting the bootlegs, Gaz?

On a side note...

I use TMPEGnc to convert the Xvid to mpeg or dvd then I create the DVD using TMPGEnc DVD Author, I then import the video files, create menus, add background images etc; and then author it to DVD.

It then creates two folders AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS then I burn those folders as a DVD in Nero.

The converting time only takes around 20 to 30 mins on my PC, but it might be different if you have an old Processor.

And then there you go, it's a DVD
