It could be an abscess or if it has been bitten by an insect it may have a small infection, keep an eye on it for the next few days and if it gets bigger then take your doggie to the vet.

Yeah,I think it's a cyst or something worse. It's been there for a while,but I noticed today that it has gotten bigger. I think I'm too scared to take her to the vet.
