I made and uploaded a "fan made" video for Rosemary but inmediatly i got a copyright notification and the video was blocked everywhere except in Caiman islands and other 2 islands LoL so i took it down because it was useless.

The Hurricane Sandy thing is actually a great point. That could infact be why the video has yet to be released.

Yeah maybe i'm not sure though it was filmed in a forest setting doesn't seem like it would relate to a city being hit by a hurricane

A huge part of northern new jersey, which is mostly woodland, was railed pretty hard by sandy too.  I was out of power for two weeks, and there were a significant amount of houses with severe damage from trees being ripped out of their roots and smashing into them.

I had a chance to talk with Chino in the Deftones visit to Argentina last month. He said the video was recorded three weeks before that date (November 9) but it might not be released since he said "if it's not good, it might never coming out". Also he said "I don't know if I wanna do any videos for this whole record. I like that, I think is better to visaulize the music instead of having an image of some guy playing the guitar. It's fuckin' cheezy, you know".

do people want to see this because they think deftones do awesome videos and have high hopes for this one, or do people just want to get their hands on any deftones related stuff no matter what it is? no dount in my mind this video will suck. i'm more than fine with them burying this stuff deep into the ground

Most of the videos for DE were very good. Even Sextape, as boring as it was, was beautiful. So yeah, if they're taking this promo stuff more seriously I'm curious to see new videos.

tbh, this song is too good for a lame performance video. it'd do better with something trippy like Sextape.
