Listen I am 40 years old, I first saw the band during the Around the Fur tour in Vegas 100 years ago it seems, I lurked this site for years before I joined and honestly the only reason I did is because I liked the handle "976-EVIL" when DE came out and I did not want anyone else to get it

I dont post often because I like reading everyone's opinion because I already know my own. After engaging on the board I have found that there are alot of diehard true Deftones fans here. Some of the video and live performances I have seen here (that I could not have enjoyed as easily otherwise) make me greatful (you know who you are Gents) for the contibutions that have made my life and love of my favorite band better and stronger.

As for the "New Blood"? As long as the input is thoughtful, passionate and worthwhile I am all for it. We were all Noobs once....

Man, this place is brimming with excitement for the new album. and at first I was worried that we would all disagree, but from reading everyone's opinions.. I'd say for the MOST part most of us all have the same opinion on the album which is:

wondering why flac is not available myself... since, as you said, people have physical copies. its perplexing.

Probably gonna have to wait until the official release in Germany. This rip is just fine until we can get our hands on the album. So thankful to the guy/girl that uploaded it for us all! We've been dying for weeks on end.. I'm not going to dare be overly picky right now.

I never thought they could pull off an album closer that moved me more than "Rivere", but holy shit is WHTY amazing.

Its perfect.  I can't get over how good it is.  I hope it doesn't take them 8 years to play it live.  I'll be heart broken.

Yeah.. I'm sure they're all the same for the most part. Hard to believe it went from zero leak to all of a sudden 10 different versions of a leak in a few hours. I'm sure its the same original one we all downloaded from dropbox.
