I decided to check itunes via my iphone for 30 second snippets and it says november 9 is the expected release, and any time ive preordered from itunes ive always been able to download it the evening before, which leads me to think MAYBE the U.S. will luck out and be able to get it thursday evening. we can always hope...

There's no way iTunes will let U.S. users download it on the 8th/9th. Hopefully that will happen for Aussies, though, and we could still get a leak then.

Come to think of it, the absolute latest this can possibly leak is Thursday morning U.S. time, when it is guaranteed to go up on iTunes there.

It didnt, the guy was fucking with everyone and, for the millionth time, ppl believed it.

I'll hope it leaks like DE did; I come online ready to go to sleep, not expecting a leak, and BAM, there it is, Deftones marathon. Course, it's not long until it comes out, so there's no real element of surprise.
