Oh, and picking up on something from_musings said, if I had just one criticism or thing I'd want frm them, it'd be their darker, raw-emotion sounding stuff, like Battle-Axe, Mascara, Deathblow, etc. Hell, even Hexagram, that song is heavy but raw. That said, I'd rather they were doing well in life to make happy music than for them to be suffering so much that their music takes a dark turn. But yeah, I think Entombed and What Happened To You? sound like the most emotional songs in terms of not sounding happy, and Graphic Nature seems to have a bit of darkness to it. And Goon Squad sounds like it could be heavy, so we'll see.

Also, Chino is not fat. They've been eating sexy, fattening food, but he's nowhere near fat. He's not an 11 yr old girl with a body image issue, I'm sure he's fine gaining a bit of weight but still being active, and knowing that he can lose it/control it if and wen he wants to. I also doubt it's the reason he wont be able to pull off the high notes often. His voice isnt like it used to be, it's been hit-and-miss for quite some time, even though he sounds better now than he did a few yrs back.

Right? It's depressing.. the only thing I want to do right now in life is to listen to this album.

It's like the strangest thing to me that this album hasn't leaked at all. I'm glad in a way, but my selfishness wants it NOW!

I feel the same.

I know everyone wants to hear the album very badly but why have so many felt the need to whine like over privileged children who can't wait until Christmas to open presents.  I want to hear this album as much as the rest of us, but I also have patience and plenty of other things in life to tide me over until it arrives in the mail. 

The album will be here soon, and hopefully everyone who wants to hear it will just buy it from somewhere and experience the album as it was meant to be experienced... that's just my take, I'm sure some will agree with me, and others have their own idea of how to experience the album.  No one is wrong in wanting to hear it right this second.  I also want to hear it right this second, but I don't care to keep up with everyone else who shares their opinions of the tracks after it gets leaked early either.

The "I want it now" mentality won't go away, I know, but I'd suggest people trying to be content with the couple of songs the Deftones have already released to the us from the album and chilling till KNY is released in stores and online.

Word. I agree. and we weren't saying that he's fat right now. I think he's in great shape. We were just talking about the difference in his voice from when he WAS fat (around SNW era) compared to now or DE era. He is sounding pretty good right now though,  for example:

It recorded and done and some people already have it. I just want to hear it now. I know Ill. be buying that album the day it drops
like I have done with every one of their albums except for diamond eyes. I have only one cd in my truck and that is everytime I dies Ex Lives. And although that album is still amazing I need something new. Fucking lost all my original albums over the years from moving and lending out and such. terrible. This album needs to leak please. I need to be able to continue on with normal daily activities rather
than refreshing this thread and others in anticipation that someone will come through with a leak. 5 days or whatever is too long to wait lol. Hery me cry.

That means they are trying to oversell it for more of what it really is.Also a couple of those songs sound like Mein which is completely awful.
