What I wish they would do, I between albums release like 4 song EPs (kinda like what Glassjaw recently has done). Finish the songs they were working on that didn't make it on their previous albums. Chino said they wrote or had like 23 songs or ideas for KNY.
Be pretty cool if they finished some of those and released them as EPs I between albums

in the most recent interviews, they said it was close to 40. even if we never get to hear any of them, it's awesome that they seem to be on such a good creative tear.

And to keep this post on topic, i noticed some quite long track lengths, Rosemary 6.53, Tempest 6.05, Goon Squad 5.40, and personally this pleases me, im all for longer tracks, but my question is, could you ever see the Deftones making maybe a 9-track LP with most songs 6 to maybe 8mins long? Its not like its needed, but it would be intresting

That would be dope. They could potentially pull that off- but personally I'd rather have 12 tracks that are around 4-5 mins.

Yeah im up for that, more 'Tones is always good 'Tones lol. One band i like is Biffy Clyro, they always used to stick 2/3 b-sides that didnt make the album on the backend of a Single, beit on CD or Itunes as a Single/EP, fantasic way of giving the fans the "Whole" picture of ideas of when they went into the studio to record that said album.

hasitleaked.com has updated the leaked page. It still says no leak, but they've stated "to expect a leak soon" & they added some quotes from recent album reviews.
