I just have 7 words to say: Leak, leak, leak, leak leak leak, leak...

I'm a Deftones fan since 1996, and I'm really happy the way they make their music evolved. I'm not the 20year old boy I was when I first heard the Deftones. Although ATF is my favourite record from them, or at least the most representative of their style mixing sweetness and violence, I'm really happy of what they produced after this record. I really like songs like change, pink maggit, hexagram, good morning beautiful, cherry waves, kimdracula, Prince, etc... And all their most aggressive songs tuned false because they lacked the mix between whispers and screams (Elite IE.)

The new stuff on KNY seems to be mature. Leathers is a very good song, mixing agresssivity and sweetness. When I first heard Tempest and Rosemary, I told myself: "and here we go, songs that are slow and dumb. But after several listenings, they are just perfect as they are.

That's why as a 36 year old father, I think this record will be great, with a lot of cohesion between the songs. Something you can listen to without skipping a track.

But to know if it's the case, we need a leak. I feel leak, I feel leak, I feel leak, *bass* Feel leakened, Feel leakened...
