Wow that was quick. I managed to order one though the minute I read that on FB, mainly cause its an autograph booklet & I also haven't pre-ordered a copy yet.

I grabbed my laptop the second I saw it posted on my phone. Unfortunately it had died and I wasn't fast enough grabbing the charger. No matter. I've still got the t-shirt bundle coming and I've already got their autographs several times over.

Luuucky! I want to meet them so fuckin bad.. they've been my favorite band for 15 years, I've seen them live 4 times; and have yet to be able to meet them or get an autograph.. It's seriously one of my life goals at this point. In New Orleans a few years back, as I walked up to get in line the guy ahead of me told me I had JUST missed Chino skateboarding down Bourbon St and talking to some of the fans..

I did not get to meet the band until my 9th show. Mainly because I finally was the driver and it was my decision to hang out behind the venue for hours after the show. Met everyone except Chino. Talked to Chi, Abe and Steph for about 15 minutes. Frank was in a hurry so I just got to say Hi to him. Funny story here......wait, nevermind. I do not know who was married at the time and I don't want to chance a family member of the band reading this board lol.

I just called up my friend whose fiance is the music director at the local college radio here in town, to ask if she got an advanced copy of KNY. Sometimes they do. I know I got the latest Thievery Corporation album from her weeks before it was released. As of now, I'm waiting on a reply.. I'm not holding my breath or anything, but ya never know if you don't ask right?

facing same dilemma can get digital probably at midnight off itunes but i want the physical copy so  can read the booklets and stuff,they are same price so why not buy the physical copy then rip it to computer

I have never bought anything on itunes and never will, fuck digital shit. physical media is the only way to go. Getting the cd at best buy and the vinyl when released.

I only really use it for stuff like singles or albums that i can't buy in stores but apart from that i buy physical copies,plus i think the band gets more than if you buy it through itunes
