I'm starting to think that the cassette does not contain a studio version of Rosemary. Now I think when you play it, you just get Chino's voice saying:

"Hey man, there's no studio version, but pretend it's fucking insane and post it on Sharing Lungs right now. The best mindfucker will get a year of free Deftones concerts "

Deftones have never really been a "deluxe edition" kind of band. The preorder and the cassette at shows will be about as deluxe as it gets.

The shirt will come out seperately sooner or later, so all I care for is that sick lithograph. Still, doesn't convince me enough to pay that much and wait a fuckin eternity until it arrives.

By the way, even if someone rips the Rosemary cassette, I won't listen to it. Don't want to experience the album in fragments, but rather cohesively.
It's already bad enough that I caved in and listened to Tempest and Leathers completely out of context.

I probably won't be listening to my cassette either when it arrives. I'm trying to go into this album as fresh as possible but my room mate has been playing Leathers and Tempest on a loop.

I played the shit out of Tempest and Leathers, but I stopped two days ago. Perhaps if I stay "abstinent" until the record comes out, it will feel somewhat fresh again

The album is gonna be amazing, just like every album they bring out, its deftones.. deftones never dissapoint!

Thank You! I think it will be their best effort yet! I've really loved Rosemary, Roller Derby, Leathers, and Tempest. Tempest took some getting used to, it was weird at first. It didnt sound or feel like the deftones we have all come to know and love. But once I started grooving with it it was awesome.
