If he didn't actually have it, he went through the trouble of uploading an entire albums worth of songs mislabeled to match the track list of KNY. And if he has it, others must. And if others do, it's bound to leak at some point.

my post on roller derby was an honest comment; this was the first time i heard roller derby. i shared my thoughts on it knowing that my opinion is probably as good as yours.

Well it still is like a month and a half away so I don't see why you'd be skeptical.  They have had a fair few interviews and we already have the tracklisting and a free song.
