So apparently a kid in my area who volunteered as a roadie for the Deftones for two tours straight got an advanced copy of Koi No Yokan straight from Chino, artwork included. I tried bribing him with 600 dollars cash for a copy of the album and swore I wouldn't leak it or speak a word of it to anyone. He spit in my beer.

He was listening to it on his Ipod and was reciting lyrics from Tempest, giggling at me. If he didn't actually have it, he went through the trouble of uploading an entire albums worth of songs mislabeled to match the track list of KNY. And if he has it, others must. And if others do, it's bound to leak at some point.
