Wouldn't be deleted but hidden. It would say something like "this comment has reached too many negative votes. Click to show"  like youtube.

I'm suggesting this system partly to appease retards like Cain and others who would prefer that this board read like a dictionary. i don't know, it sounds like it could be good for opinions and posts in the end. as it is now,posts get deleted by mods, like deftones lemon party, bc ppl complain. with such a system,it could result in mods not having to delete posts, the posts would be there for those who wanted to be entertained and the cry babies would be silent
