Well, now that I preordered my copy today & there are only 7 days left (citizen of Germanyland), I've chosen to not give a fuck if it leaks: First time I'll listen to the album, I'll listen to the real deal!

new review thing. shorter than the metalsucks one, but far less annoying. four out of five stars. big ups to "romantic dreams."

Reminds me of my thoughts on Converge's new album. Both bands have been around the same amount of time and both are very creative in the sense that they don't only stick to one sound. Converge is very melodic for their form of hardcore/metal/punk and I feel like Deftones do the same. With All We Love We Leave Behind, this album is a collection of what they do best and it's polished. Not in a Axe To Fall (similar to Diamond Eyes) way, but thought out. Koi No Yokan will sound clean, but I feel like for this album, it'll be worth it. That's just my take :-) I'm so fucking excited to hear this album.
