It is the S at the end of Deftones that throws people off.
1-"My favorite band is Deftones."
2-"My favorite band is The Deftones"
3-"My favorite band is Deftone."
4-"My favorite band is The Deftone."

1 and 4 would sound kind of silly to someone who has never heard of them before.

Ok can we settle on the bands official name being 'deftones' but in certain contexts it sounds more gramatically correct to prefix the name with 'the'. simple.

Green Day's "¡Dos!" and Soundgarden's "King Animal" have the same release date that our beloved Koi No Yokan (not counting german release date). Til now, I haven't found reviews for anyone of them, so, I think this could still take a lil bit.

In fact, I remember a couple of leaks surfaced just one or two days before the official release date (even with their proper copies sent to press and stuff), like SlipKnoT's "All Hope Is Gone" or Muse's "The 2nd Law"... And I think La China did learn something from the past... :/

What do you mean by reviews? press isn't allowed to do a detailed review until it's released there only allowed to talk breifly about the album.I doubt copies will be sent out to press as they already had that press day at warner like a month ago that is were press went and listened to the album and interviewed the band also other international press isn't getting sent it either they have to listen to a stream at some safe place like the guy in NZ had to go to warners NZ office.
