Deftones Tour: Live guide + video footage

[New Murderer]

Last night was my 43rd Deftones show. My first was in 2001 so I can't say I saw them in the Adrenaline/ATF days when they were probably in their prime live, but last night's show was incredible. Crowd was great, chino was as good as I've ever heard him in person... Just a great, amazingly energetic vibe. Best Deftones show I've seen in a long time.

Edit: seeing them close with Royal was a great breath of fresh air, too!

I dont miss many Deftones clubs shows in the Maryland area. Due to work scheduling I was unable to attend this show. I am an "old" deftones fan, and i love the fact that they are still out touring doing thier thing and making new music. I have been following them for as long as I can remember and will continue to. All i am saying is sometimes during their live shows, I wish Chino would just come to the front or side of the stage, stand on top the speaker, or get as close as he could to the crowd and just kneel down and sign his heart out. The jumping around and dance moves just make me cringe sometimes.

I hear you, I saw this pic the other day (it's from the NH show) and shoop said this could easily have been from an ATF bootleg, I don't know just seeing this pic was enough to make me nostalgic in some weird way
