Deftones Tour: Live guide + video footage

I love watching Deftones live. How come there haven't been any pro-shot festival shows in ages? Last year I was watching the Reading Festival stream, but when Deftones were about to come on, it stopped and said "This artist has requested not to be streamed" and we only saw My Own Summer from the show in the BBC highlights. Is it because the guys don't want to be recorded?

Probably because they are English and it's a UK festival and to be fair they are a pretty big act. Yeah I heard about the new song thing, wasnt it abe that said it, to be fair I bet he has forgotten that he ever mentioned it. Chino is sounding pretty burnt out lately on recent youtube video's I hope he has a miraculous recovery for the weekend! It's pretty cool that Hundred Reasons will be playing Ideas Above Our Station in full before Deftones. I'm not a huge fan of Hundred Reasons but they are good nostalgia value. I don't care too much for Iron Maiden and Metallica though and I heard there are no alternatives during their performances, which is a bit shit.

Perhaps they haven't properly finished any songs or just didn't figure out yet, how to tweak their setups to play them live. No big deal, really. I think we'll hear some new stuff soon enough
