Do bands, when supporting a headlining band, usually change their setlist according to the band they're supporting, so that there's more of a chance of gaining new fans? Or do they just stick with whatever they decide to play? I was hoping (but not expecting) that Deftones would've put a decent amount of heavy, aggressive songs in there, but I suppose not, for the most part.

Deftones will never do that. They do what they want and that is not bothering too much about the setlist, at all.

Yeah Slyquest, you tell him, never in the history of deftones set lists have they adapted one to the crowd they were playing to. Slyquest personally writes their set list, he fuckin knows.

It depends what you imply by "better". I feel that the performances from DE Tour were better - Chino's voice especially. The setlists may have been more diverse too.
